  • 1. Order cancellation

    - Cancellation cannot be made after 12:00p.m. on the next day of the order date, though the shipment hasn’t begun.

    - If the product hasn’t shipped yet, the cancellation can be made before 12:00p.m. on the next day of order date through email.

    - When ordering through deposit, order cancellation before payment is done if payment isn’t made within 3 days.

    - If cancellation is received/approved after shipping due to private reasons, then you must pay for round-trip delivery rate to your location.

    2. Exchange/Refund

    - Exchange/refund request can be registered through email within 7 days after delivery.

    - The round-trip shipping rate is charged to the customer for exchange/refund due to customer’s private reasons.

    - If refund is approved after request, then we will guide you in regard to the refund charge and round-trip delivery fees.

    - If the product is different from our description/advertisement on the page, or you are eligible for exchange/refund due to product malfunction or wrong delivery, then the shipping rate for refund/exchange will be paid by our company. ※ Other policies regarding exchange/refund will follow the Terms of Agreement & Usage.

    3. Cases when refund is not possible

    - When there is no product failure/wrong delivery

    - When no description is offered for reasons for refund

    - When seal/tag of the product has been removed

    1) Delivery Information

    - Due to the recent reduction of flights within all countries due to the aftermath of Corona 19, international shipping rates have increased.

    - Although the shipping cost for overseas delivery orders has been increased compared to the previous one,

    - We, PinkAge, want to relieve the burden of shipping costs on our customers.

    - We ask for your understanding that some products will be sent by changing from the existing box package to> poly package.

    - This is a packaging method that applies only to overseas shipments, and there are only changes to the packaging method, but please note that the contents are shipped as new products that are the same.

    2) Shipping Charge

    - The international shipping price differs according to the weight and rate set by the shipping company (box weight included).

    3) Delivery Date

    - Generally, delivery is completed within a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 10 business days after payment is completed.

    - The delivery date may change depending on the country, product inventory, customs, and other factors.

    Our all products are delivered at the Republic of Korea.

    The delivery is completed usually in 5~14 days.

    However, The delivery date may change depending on the country, product inventory, customs, and other factors. So, our exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed.

    If occur a delay in the delivery, we will contact you at email on the order form.

  • Tariffs and Taxes

    The total price of your order does not include duties and taxes.

    Please note customers will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the carrier can ship after confirming the payment of duties and taxes.

    We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees.

    Whether you will be charged with duties and taxes or not depends on your shipping address.

    The duties and taxes are regulated by destination countries.

    It is based on the customs law of the country where you receive the product.

    If you reject the pay for tariffs and tax, it is returned back to KOREA and you have to pay for fees (shipping fee, other fees and etc) yourself

    The invoice amount submitted for customs clearance cannot be adjusted.

  • Precautions before exchange/return

    Exchange/refund requests can within 7 days after delivery.

    Only products that are not damaged, not worn or washed are available

    If the product smells like cosmetics or perfumes, it may not be able to return the product as it is considered to be worn.

    Exchange/refund caused by a change of buyer's will, we may charge you a handling fee and the buyer is responsible for the shipping fee back and forth.

    All extra costs (import duties, taxes, customs clearance and etc.) are deducted from return values.

    We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise that occurs during return shipping.

  • RETURN

    Contact us by Q&A board stating the subject as below with the items you want to get a refund for. EX) [Request the return] 1234756_DI_123456

    After receiving a confirmation email from one of our assistants, please send the package to our location as directed. Notice: Please note that all expenses incurred by not confirming the following matters are borne by the customer.

    Unconfirmed packages won't be available for refund. Please make sure to send us a return request by Q&A board before sending the package.

    If the product requested for return differs in actual return product and quantity, the return process will be holding

    When arrived the product at us and we will contact you at the email address you created at the time of order.

    The refund process will be completed within 7 days If you cannot check the refund amount, Please contact to PG. There is a difference for each PG you paid from the refund approval to the refund completion.

  • EXCHANGE

    Only the size and color of the selected product can be changed before delivery. However, in this case of the exchange the delivery may be delayed.

    If you want an exchange after receiving the product, please write the title below in the same way as the return and leave it on the Q&A board.

    After receiving the product, exchange because of a change of mind is not possible except for defective products
